Bengaluru : A 10th class student committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan in her home,west Bengaluru residence on Friday. Sushmitha B, 16, a resident of Bhuvaneshwari Nagar and daughter of milk vendor Basavaraju.She is  student of a private school of Magadi Road.

Basavaraju said he found his daughter hanging from the ceiling when he returned home around 10am.
KP Agrahara police searched the girl’s room and including school bag, for clues on what drove the girl to take the extreme step. “She did not leave any suicide note. We questioned her family members and they claimed they are clueless,” a police officer said.
