Manjeshwar : A student stabbed his classmates at Adka near Bandyodu on August 5, Sunday.

The deceased boy is Mohammad Midlaj (13), son of Yusuf of Adka.

It is said, the two students start quarrel for a silly reason and one of them pulled out a knife from his pocket and stabbed Mohammad Midlaj.

Immidiatly the locals rushed Midlaj to a private hospital, but he breathed his last on the way of hospital.

The incident took place at around 8.15 am. After the act the accused boy has been taken into custody by the Kumble Police.

Kumbla police have registered the case.
