zaheer-abbas Kasargod : Fourteen year old Zahir Abbas, a ninth standard student of a local school drowned in a pond at Talangere KK Pura on September 11, Wednesday. His body was traced the next day.

Son of Mohammad Kunhi and Saudha couple, he had been to swim in the pond but did not return home. His footwear and clothes were found near the pond the next day and the body later traced in the pond.
