Belthangady :  Belthangady police have arrested two persons in connection with the murder of a toddy shop owner of Bolyaru near Belthangady recently.

The arrested are Raghuchandra (25  and Harish Poojari alias Harishchandra, both from Nidle.   A knife belonging o the slain toddy shop owner Sasindra,  his purse, Rs 3000 cash and  key  have been seized from them.

According to the police, a rivalry between  the deceased Sasindran and Harishchandra over toddy sale  had led to the murder
