Mangalore: The two day Mangalore Realty and Buildcon Expo-12  organized by Manipal Ace was inaugurated by N Yogish Bhat, Deputy Speaker, at the TMA Pai International Convention Centre in Mangalore on May 19, Saturday.

In his  inaugural address, Bhat while emphasizing the need to develop alternative  technology of building affordable houses, said such a house  would be a boon to the poor and middle classes

Gautam Pai, Managing Director of Manipal Technologies, P M Abdul Razak, Chairman of CREDAI, Kumble Narasimha Prabhu, Chief Executive Officer of Manipal Ace and  P Kishore Rao, Lions District Governor, were among others present on the occasion.

Nearly sixty stalls featuring products of real estate developers, banks, security providers and interior designers are on display at the exhibition.
