Kundapur :  A  mishap involving a tipper and a Tata Ace  near Jalady on the NH 66  has resulted in serious injuries to two on March 15, Friday night.

Both the vehicles were involved in a head on collision. If the tipper was going towards Byndoor from Kundapur, The Tata Ace was proceeding towards Kundapur from Gokarna.

The injured are Siddha of T Narasipur, Mysore and Basheer of Yeshwanthpur. Both of them were in the Tata Ace vehicle and have been admitted to Kundapur government hospital.

The Tata Ace was hired by Vodafone Company in Bangalore  and was returning after unloading materials for a telecom tower.

A case has been registered by Kundapur traffic police.
