Kundapur :  Nagaraj Poojari, Raju Poojari, Sunder Poojari and Santosh Poojari who have been arrested on charges of shooting dead their friend Prabhaker Achary  in a forest at Kaikana Vandse, were produced before the court on  August 12, Monday and remanded to judicial  custody till August 24.

The foursome had taken their friend Prabhaker Achary to a forest on the night of August 10, Sunday on the pretext of hunting and had shot dead him. The gun used for the murder was seized from the house of Nagaraj.

All the four were arrested soon after the murder came to light.
