Mangalore:  Mangalore Rural Police have been successful in arresting red handed four youth who were smoking ganja near Ramakrishna Mission Ground at Shaktinagar  on the evening of July 24, Tuesday. However, one of the accused was successful in escaping.

The arrested are Suresh, Tejas, Prasad alias Leslie and Gautam, all from Shaktinagar.

It has been reported that the five were often seen in the place smoking ganja in public and locals had complained to the police against them several times. Nearly 50 to 60 grams of ganja has been seized from them apart from three motor bikes and an autorickshaw.
