Mangaluru: The labour department has sent a proposal to the government to sanction Rs. 1,100 crore funds in the upcoming budget said, State labour minister P T Parameshwar .
Speaking to the presspersons at district congress office he said, the government has sanctioned Rs. 5 crore to establish labour office in the DK district also four ITIs have been sanctioned .
Further he said , who have completed graduation and post graduation and even for those who have discontinued their education they will get employment opportunities after the budget.
the state government planning to include BPL families under Rashtriya Swasth Bhima Yojana and Chief minister has approved 43 lakh BPL families to bring under the scheme, he said.
