Dharmasthala : Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala is decked with festive mood to celebrate the 47th Pattabhisheka Vardhanthyutsava (anniversary) of its Dharmadhikari Dr. D Veerendra Heggade on October 24, Friday.

The anniversary and Deepavali celebrations coincide this time making the day with a big event.

As a part of event, a special poojas were arranged at the Temple and local Basadis on this day decorating the entire village of Dharmasthala.

The devotee’s flowers on Dr Heggade offered him fruits to express their respect and devotion.

The temple also felicitated meritorious students and honoured senior citizens on the occasion.
