Mangaluru: An 8-year-old girl has submitted a memorandum to the Police commissioner N Shashi Kumar on November, 25 requesting him to take stern action against the accused in Ulaibettu rape and murder case.

Charvi Niranjan from Kulai who is studying in 4th standard met the police commissioner at his office and submitted a memorandum and this took an initiative in raising her voice against the rapists.

Shashi Kumar assured Charvi of taking strict action against those involved in the case.

Four persons were arrested by the police on November 24 for allegedly gangraping and killing an eight-year-old girl in Mangaluru.
