Bangalore: When people waited eagerly and a bated breath, the Karnataka High Court delivered today a judgement on 5 rebel MLAs suspension by Speaker Bopaiah as valid. The court upheld the disqualification of the 5 rebels who had rebelled against the party when they were ministers.
A bench of  3 KHC Judges were unanimous in their verdict of upholding the speaker’s order.
The 5 disqualified legislators have said that they would move the Supreme court against the ruling of KHC. There are 11 BJP MLA’s waiting for them to join at the Supreme court on a similar issue.
