I salute all great personalities who brought these awards to our Kannada soil. They are tech treasure of our language and culture. At the same time we should introspect how much we are passionate about our language and the state. Has our love for language only limited for a day? It should not be like that. It should be continuous,”
There’s a long history for Kannada Rajyotsava. R H Deshpande establishes Karnataka Vidya Vardhaka Sangha in 1890. It is the first association which raised voice for Kannada.
