Mangalore: As every year on the occasion of Mosaru Kudike, the Kadri Cricketers organised its musical programme ‘Star Nite’ on September 9, Sunday. Thousands had gathered to witness the musical event which was participated by eminent singers and celebrities.

Singers Shubodh, Akanksha Badami, Sangeetha Rajeev left the audience in a while new world with their popular numbers.

Rohan Monteiro, MD of Rohan Corporation and Harish Sherigar were felicitated with businessmen of the year award. Special invitees Nandakishore Sudheer (director), cameraman Sudhakar, Namratha Hegde, actress and director of upcoming Tulu film ‘Sompa’  were feted.

Special performances  by X Zone, Boyzone, Section 8, and Ocean Kids enthralled the audience.

Lakmesh Bhandary of Bhandary builders, Vinaykumar Sorake, former MP, Suresh Ballal, Congress leader and others were present on the occasion.

RJ Vishwas and VJ Varsha compered the programme.
