Mangalore:  The Bajrangis who attacked a farmhouse Rave party for no specific reasons under the law recently, have suffered a jolt with 3 more arrests, of Suresh Pumpwell, Yogish Kuthar and Ganesh Kumpala on Friday, besides detaining 6 activists earlier. The arrests go up to 9 new.
The Police failed to catch convener-leader Sharan Pumpwell although he was seen at the Someshwar-Uchil birthday-bash when liquor flowed freely. The gang of attackers had run away with some mobiles and cash available at the party and had destroyed the hired Farmhouse furniture and other valuables to the extent of Rs.1 lakh.
It was alleged by Bajrangis that it was a crack down on drug abuse, but they committed robbery instead.
Several invites were injured in the Bajrangi “crackdown”. Dayananda, a caretaker of farmhouse has filed a complaint against marauding Bajrang Dal members and the Police from Ullal are taking action in the event.
