Mangalore:  Government aid provided to various eligible beneficiaries were distributed to the beneficiaries by MLA JR Lobo at NGO Hall here on July 10, Wednesday under the aegis of revenue department.

Speaking on the occasion  the MLA urged all the beneficiaries to make good use of the benefits provided by the government. Hasan Saheb, Revenue Executive Officer and others were present.

The benefits distributed to beneficiaries included National National family benefit scheme:Rs.10,000 per family,  Widow pension at Rs.500 per month and aid to handicapped which is Rs 1500 per month.
