Mangalore : Lokayukta has recently arrested Bangalore City Corporator Katta Jagadish Naidu son of Katta Subrahmanya Naidu, the minister for housing and IT/BT, for corruption. This is a shameful act in the BJP led government and instead of facing such a situation, they can commit suicide, said Suresh Ballal, congress leader.
Addressing the protestors in front of DC office on October 5, Tuesday, he said that there are many land in the name of Katta Subrahmanya Naidu’s wife and son.
The BJP ministers are sure of not getting BJP government next time hence they are fully involved in making money as much as possible, he said.
Sadananda Poonja, senior president of Congress said that BJP assured to give corruption free government but now it is the most corrupted government in the history of Karnataka.
Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa’s government is the worst government and people cannot expect any good work from it, he said.
Congress Spokesperson MG Hegde, said that BJP must start new branches separately for corruption, land selling for commission and various other for the frauds taking place.
He also said that, members of BJP were not able to file any complaint against the congress ministers during their power, since there were hardly any corruption cases took place.
There was an incident where the congress minister was caught in the corruption cases, but within 24 hours he was suspended from the post and even the congress party. He added that the state government is not taking any action against Katta Jagadish Naidu although he has been arrested for corruption, since all are corrupted, he informed.
The BJP has purchased the meaning of RSS and it is satisfying the thirst of 60 by their involvement in the corruption. They must not forget that power is temporary.
Later Abdul Naufal, NSUI president of Mangalore University burnt the image of Katta Subrahmanya Naidu.
