Udupi : Arun M Shirali, outstanding photographer who owns the Modern Studio at Udupi was felicitated by conferring him the title Chaya Spoorthi  on the occasion of World Photography Day celebrated by Udupi Press Photographers Association and Rotary, Malpe Kodavur on August 19, Monday.

MLA Pramod Madhwaraj said a photo can tell a thousand stories.

M Mahesh Kumar, Rotary District Assistant Governor, was the chief guest. Rotary President Poornima Janardhan, Ganesh Kalianur, Geetha Arun Shirali,  Astro Mohan, Preisdent of Udupi Press Photographers Association, Janardhan Kodavoor, Rotary Secretary and others were present.
