Mangalore : The ragging case reported from Sullia has caused shock all over. Police have arrested a total of ten senior students in connection with the case. Meanwhile, the mother of the first year computer science student of a polytechnic in Sullia has lodged a complaint with the SP and has sought justice for her son.
It is learnt the student was ragged by about ten to 15 senior students on August 20, Tuesday night. His teeth were also broken due to the assault. It is also said that there was pressure on him to withdraw the complaint against the students. Even the College Principal Ganesh reportedly pressurized him and also warned him that he may be suspended if he did not withdraw his complaint.
It is now left to be seen if justice would be secured to the ragging victim
