Kundapur : A youth named Manjunath alias Mohammad of Tekkatte was found dead on the railway track at Hattiangady on September 2 Monday evening with the head severed from the rest of the body.

It is suspected that the youth committed suicide by coming under a moving train. He  had a death note in his pocket blaming none but himself for the death.

It is learnt his original name was Manjunath and that he had changed his name as Mohammad after marrying a Muslim girl. He worked in a textile shop while his wife in a mobile shop. It is said he was suffering from chest pain since some time and had reportedly ended his life  out of frustration.
