Mangalore : Alva’s Vishwa Nudisiri Virasat, world Kannada literary conference logo and website launched at hotel Deepa Comforts here on September 19.

MLA J R Lobo released the logo of Alva’s Vishwa Nudisiri Virasat to be held at Vidyagiri, Moodbidri from December 19 to December 22.

After releasing the log, lobo said that Dr M Mohan Alva is making an effort to protect the culture of the nation through the event. Youths are encouraged to demonstrate the culture, tradition, sports and other activities by this opportunity.

Dr M Mohan Alva, said Alva’s Nudisiri is celebrating its decennial and Alva’s Virasat is celebrating the 20th anniversary. Renowned poets, critics, writers and other artistes of National and international fame will be present on the occasion. The key concept of the programme will be “Kannada Manasu – Andu – Indu – Mundu”, and the iconic personalities in literature will be felicitated .

Nudisiri Virasat Programme will be staged at Sundari Ananda Alva Campus, in three separate platform. The event include special attractions like Kannada cultural village, Alva’s Chitra Siri, Book exhibition, food festival and cultural exhibitions. The exhibitions will be open for public December 18th to December 25.
