Mangalore : ‘Rickshaw Driver’, a Tulu film produced under the banner Sri Mutthu Film will hit the silver screen on September 27, Thursday.
Addressing the press meet held at Cinepolis on September 26, Wednesday, Ha Su Rajashekar, film director said that the film depicts the helping nature of auto drivers to the people.
He also said that the movie is a well balanced, well blended, with a moral and social message along with the message of alertness for women and children while travelling by autos.
Director said that famous Kannada actors Avinash, Padmaja Rao, Chitra Shenoy, Suresh Mangalore will work for the Tulu film industry for the first time.
The film attracts audience with Belly dance by a famous belly dancer Jenny from Russia.
Karthik Banjan (Karthik Attavar), Sara Sharma from Mumbai (Telugu actress) and Neha Saxena from Delhi (Kannada, Telugu actress) will play a lead role in the film.
Praveen Kumar Konchady, producer of the film said that the Tulunadu comedy kings like Naveen D Padil Arvind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Satish Bandale and comedians from ‘Bale Thelipale’ television show have added additional flavours to the film. The film also comprises of Naveen D Padil’s African dance and Arvind Bolar’s ‘open Gangam style’ dance.
The film Rickshaw Driver will be screened in Cinepolis and Big Cinema in Mangalore, Alankar in Udupi, Arun in Puttur, Nakshatra in B C Road.
Film star cast Karthik Attavar,Neha Saxena, Bhojraj Vamanjur, Aravind Bolar and music director Wahab Saleem Puttur and other were present.
