Mangalore : A 11 member delegation of 4 parties from Japan visited Mangalore and had a meeting with Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) officials headed by Mohammad Ameen its President and other office-bearers on Monday November 11.
The delegation led by Kutsohito Takaiwa, went round unity health center in Falnir and Fr. Muller’s Medical College, Kankanady and explored the possibilities of holding new trade relations with the Port city of Mangalore and the land of Japan consisting of 4 islands. The Japanes leader and KCCI Chairman were both happy to meet one another and other 10 members interested in Tourism, Trade and medical materials, and fisheries and other exportable products from MSEZ and other sources.
According to Ameen, it will be a new chapter of close relationship between India and Japan through the west coast city of Mangalore.
