Bantwal: A laborer aged 25 working in a factory removing the outer covers of arecanuts by peeling them, was caught by the police finally on Thursday Dec.12 on a complaint from a girl, after he had made running habit of making indecent calls to girls and passing on obscene and uncivilized massages, with a pretense of innocence, but actually being indecent.

He was using other people’s mobile phones for this antisocial habit in view of his youth and irresponsibility as a worker in society.

The Bantwal police are interrogating him on the possibility of his being the modern rowdy.

Meanwhile he is in their custody for checking up a list of calls he had made for several months.

It is a lesson for young and irresponsible persons who create discomfort to the fair sex over mobile phone, only to end up in police custody.
