Hemmady: A speeding lorry with a Maharashtrian registration hi a child of 4, Dhanush when he was standing by the side of the road on Thursday, Dec.25 when he was on his way to Anganvady, in Jalady of Hemmady town near Kundapur. The lorry driver Prakash was arrested by Kundapur police, when the Lorry was plying from Kundapur to Byndoor. The parents of the child were residence of Jalady and the mother just left the child on the road side and crossed over to the other side when the speeding lorry hit and crushed the unfortunate child of 4 in front of its mother.
