Bajpe: In a family incident of drunkenness Father Meena Gowda (58), who use to come home drunk daily and set up quarrels with his wife Lalita and any of his 3 sons in his drunken moods, met with his death, on the afternoon (2 pm) of Dec.26, when his 3rd son present at home, Rajesh Gowda (20) , stabbed him repeatedly and he collapse in a pool of blood to die.

As Rajesh had no phone the police could not get an answer from him to their calls, on receipt of complaints from the neighbors of Tarolikadu of Kompadavu near Muchoor in Mangalore taluk.

Bajpe police, however manage to rush to the spot and arrest the killer son Rajesh, when his other 2 brother were out on work and could come only at night.

The police have registered a case of Murder against the 3rd son of the deceased Meena Gowda.
