Mangalore : The District Youth Congress will start ‘Vidya Sahaya Hastha,’ campaign from January 27 to February 8 said Mithun Rai, president of District Youth Congress at District congress office on Monday, January 27th.

He said that, the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act implemented by Central Government and also to ensure that the benefits of the Act will reach the children, more than 37,000 seats available in the District, there are 1994 seats unfilled in 160 schools.

Earlier Bharatiya Janata Party which was in power in the State failed in implementing the act. Members of youth congress committee will give information about the RTE Act, available seats in schools and necessary documents to be submitted for the seats, he said.
