Kinnigoli : All buses shut the movement in Kinnigoli city bus stop , for a silly reason between a bus owner and a driver here on Wednesday, March 12 morning.

The Kinnigoli Bus Drivers and owners Association president Aikala Durgaprasad Hegde, and the owner of the Laxmi Janardhan Travels beaten Hassan, the driver of Aadi Janardhan Travels Kinnigoli.

The Adi Janardhana Bus operating on the Mangalore-Kateel-Kinnigoli route over not maintaining timings. On Wednesday morning Durgaprasad Shetty unexpectedly stopped the entry of Adijanardhana Travels bus to entering Kinnigoli bus stand.

Sources said, Shetty stopped his bike in front of a moving bus. Hassan the driver of the Adijanardhana Travels tried to stop the bus immediately, even though the bus knocked to the motor bike. Being angry with the incident Shetty assaulted the bus driver Hassan.

At this incident remaining bus drivers halted the bus movement. A huge crowd gathered at the bus stand as no buses moved from there. Mulki police arrived to the spot and brought the situation under control.

After a meeting Durgaprasad Shetty apologised for the assault, soon after the meeting the bus movement returned to normally.
