Mangalore : The DK District Committee of the Sunni Students Federation organized a protest in front of DC office on April 21, Monday, against the shootout of Jokatte based cattle trader Kabir by the Anti-Naxal Force in Shringeri.
Addressing the protestors, SSF State General Secretary KM Aboobakker Siddique said that the sudden death of a youth by ANF police have brought a sense of insecurity among members of the minority community. He also said that the bereaved family of Kabir is still waiting for justice.
SSF all India unit General Secretary Abdul Hameed Bajpe said that the country is witnessing many instances of moral policing and the home minister have failed to tackle it.
SSF District President Ismail Saadi, SYS city President Usman Saadi Pattori and SYS leaders GM Kamil Sakafi and others were present.
