Mangalore : More than 58 nursing students have been cheated from a foreign job recruiting agency in Mangalore since one year. Brake Police have arrested Pradeep Nair (40) on Thursday, May29 connection with this case.

DHRC Tours and travels operating from Balalbagh, Mangalore had placed an advertisement in Kerala news newspaper, saying that wanted nursing staffs in a Hospital at Singapore.

The travel agents took interviews from total 56 candidates. Mohammad Ali, Augustine, Afzal and Prameela staffs of DHRC demanded Rs 3 lakhs in three installments. They also offered employment visa and air ticket.

Sources said, they have collected Rs 2 lakhs each candidates. The firm which was operating since one year has so far collected Rs 1 crore 12 lakhs. But no tickets or visa provided so far.

Pradeep who was arrested by the police, was working as the manager at DHRC.
