Mangalore : A three year old boy was attacked by stray dogs reported  in Moideen Nagar, Kudroli on Thursday, August 7.

The injured boy is identified as Mohammed Imad, is the son of Umar Imtiaz and Badrunnisa Banu, a resident of Moideen Nagar in Kudroli.

It is said that when Umar Imtiaz in order to drop his two other kids to school and left home. The boy was playing outside the gate. The family heard barking of dogs and the cry of the child. The neighbours saw the kid being mauled by the stray dogs.

Immediately they rushed to the spot and rescued the boy and Imad rushed to Yenepoya hospital and then to KMC hospital at Attavar.

The doctors confirmed the boy is out of danger and has been shifted to ward.
