Kasargod : A man killed in an accident after the car he was driving collided in to a parked stationary lorry from the rear end near RTO check post, Talapady at 10 pm.

The deceased has been identified as Joseph Ivan D’Souza (45), a resident of Ganjimath, Mangalore.

It is learnt that, Joseph was working as a bus driver and was returning from his friend’s place from Kumble to his home when the incident took place.

A car was massively damaged in the incident.

Although the locals rushed him to the hospital, he breathed his last on the way.
