Mangaluru : Umesh Kumar  the suspended sub inspector of Kavoor police station  has re joined his duties at the same police station on November 9.

The commissioner had ordered the suspension after the several protests staged by Hindu activist.

Umesh Kumar  charged for assault on Charan a Hindu activist. 

BJP leaders  including B S Yeddyurappa the former chief minister demanded the removal of Umesh Kumar.

Now Umesh Kumar  resumed duty at same station.
