Mangaluru : Health and family welfare minister U. T Khadar inaugurated the Unani unit at Wenlock hospital here on Saturday, March 21.

The Minister later inspected various departments of the hospital and directed the officials to replace the old windows with new ones and install proper lights in the passage. He also visited the dialysis centre newly set up at the Hospital.

He suggested the Hospital authority to setting up of a canteen inside the hospital premises and also to get better lighting facilities in the passages.

During the inspection, the minister spotted water leakage from the drain and he directed the officials to maintaining cleanliness in the hospital.

He also asked the officials set up a cafeteria inside the hospital. The space available at the back of the hospital will be used for a garden, he said.
