Mangaluru : Some miscreants pelted stones at a mosque in Bunder when the district has come to a halt due to a bandh on Friday November 13. 

Four persons pelted stones at Asasul Islam Masjid at Bundervin the evening of Friday and immediately  fled aaway from the spot. A window pane of the mosque was damaged, It is said.

As soon as the incident police arrested four persons in connection with the case and investigation is on. The arrested have been identified as Sushanth, Nithin, Manju and Gurukiran.

Police commissioner S Murugan visited the spot and appealed to the people to maintain calm and peace .
