Mangaluru: Foundation stone laying ceremony of Bunts (Nadavara Matru Sangha) Association will be held on Wednesday 12th May 2016 said the sangha President Ajith Kumar Rai Malady.

At a press meet held at office of the Bunts Sangha in Bunts hostel on Monday, he said, Bunts community has accepted changes and challenges, and have archived success in the social life. Before freedom, the elders in the Bunts community, had far sighted thought relating to changes in education, employment and business. There adopting to changes, shown the maturity, to preserve the present society and foster and consolidate good faith, and built, strong society, and to build a Bunts, alias Nadavara Parent Association a century ago founded the Bunts society as a whole. Inspired by our elders, the world Bunt unions was established, bringing together the entire Bunts society all over the world’ he said.

Century back Bunts community lived in villages. To get education they did not have facilities. For that our elders, out of the money earned by them, they collected funds adnd at three places in the districts they built hostels.

Our Bunts Sangha is celebrating centenary and for the remembrance of the achievements it is now building a Two new conference hall with a seating capacity for 2000 persons and for 1250 vehicles to be parked. The building is estimated at Rs.230 crores and will have six lakhs Square feet of Commercial area. The building will havwe world standard Gym and club also a spacious lobby. In the 4th floor 50,000suare feet open space will be available, ‘he said.

For the ceremony, parking facility is provided at the C.V.Nayak Hall and Hegde Compound near Pinto Lane, A.J.Shetty coumpound near Karangalpady and also at Ramakrishna school premises, he informed.
