Mangaluru: District BJP demanded for the arrest of three names involved in DySP Ganapathi suicide case.
Speaking to the media personnel at district BJP office on Friday District BJP President Sanjeev Matandoor said that statement of DySP Ganapathi had revealed the names of police officials and former home minister before committing the suicide in a media channel. It clearly shows the failure of the state government.
He further said that DySP Ganapathi had served here in Ullal, Puttur and Mangaluru police stations as Sub-Inspector. The government has offered him only transfer orders for his honesty and loyalty.
“The suicide clearly shows the interference of political parties in police department. The case should be handed over to the CBI and the person’s reason behind this should be arrested.
