Mangaluru: CPIM activists staged protest against MESCOM office for collecting excess amount as deposit and hike in the electricity price, on Friday.

Addressing the gathering CPIM leader Sunil Kumar Bajal said that if the MESCOm doesn’t stops to collect excess amount as deposit then all the MESCOM offices will be picketed.

“We are ready to go to jail for the justice, but won’t let MESCOM to collect excess deposit fee,” he said.

CPIM leaders Vasudev Uchil, Yogesh Jeppinamogaru, Lingappa Nanthoor, jayanthi Shetty and others were present.
