Mangaluru: A woman has filed a complaint against a youth alleging that he raped her after convincing that he would marry her.

The woman, aged 26 from Panjimogaru became friends with Mohammed Samsheer (29) from Bondel via Facebook. They were in contact via the social networking site from the past 4 years.

The youth, in due course of time, gained the woman’s trust and they also shared contact numbers. They developed a relationship, but lately Samsheer began avoiding the woman.

Soon she found out that Samsheer was already engaged and that he was to get married soon. She immediately filed a complaint and investigations are on.
