Kaup: Locals of Katapady and surrounding area are living in worry, as a leopard and a baby leopard are roaming around the area. From past few days, a leopard and its two babies are roaming around Katapady, Agrahara, Manipura, Shubhas Nagara, Kurkalu and Kunjarugiri areas.

Attacks on dogs, cattle and cats are also reported in these areas.
Locals have filed a complaint to the forest department, based on this, officers and other personnel searched for leopard, but the efforts went in vein.
