Kasargod: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested Yasmin Ahmed, a is suspect in connection with the recruitment of several youths from Kasargod to join IS, from Bidar on Tuesday.

Yasmin was arrested by Kerala police at New Delhi airport on 31st July while trying to leave for Kabul. It is said that Yasmin is the second wife of Abdul Rashid who is prime suspect behind the recruitment of youths to IS.

The NIA team has taken her to Kochi for further interrogation. NIA team is camping in Hosadurga in Kasargod district to investigate the IS links with missing youths.
