Mangaluru: State revenue Minister Kagodu Thimmappa has directed the officials to disburse the applications under form number 94a, 94b and sample 50 and 53, on Wednesday.
He was discussing with the district revenue officials at DC office.
“All the 94a and 94b applications should be cleared as soon as possible. Village accountant and Tahashildar should hold a meeting once in a week to discuss about this. All the works should be cleared before December, if not done before the deadline then the officials will be transferred,” he said.
He further said that those who have build unauthorised house in urban and rural areas should submit 94c and 94cc application form. Tahashildar and VA should take care of this.
As a reply to Minister’s queries, DC Jagadeesh said that under 94a totally 2,50,805 applications have been received. Out of them 1,13,730 applications are valid and others are been rejected. Under 94b 2,32,183 applications has been received, out of them 1,11,387 applications have been accepted and other are rejected.
“Under 94c 59,920 applications has been received and 11,418 are already disbursed and 14,466 are rejected. Under 94cc 21,841 applications has been received and 12 are rejected and 21,694 are yet to be valued,” he said.
District in-charge Minister Ramanath Rai, Minister U T Khader, Chief Whip Ivan D’Souza and others were present.
