Mangaluru: “Bhajaranga Dal is organising a three day training camp for the BD activists at Sanghanikethana from October 21,” said VHP Regional President M B Puranik.

Addressing the press personnel on Monday, he said that to deal with the social evils this training camp has been organised.

“The training will be started from grassroot level, means from the beginning itself. Here the BD activists will be trained to maintain discipline, to handle the critical situations and to understand their responsibilities,” he said.

He further said that nearly 700 Bhajaranga Dal activists are expected to take part in the training camp. They will be taught to take necessary action to tackle the anti-moral elements.

“A convention of more than two thousand VHP and BD activists will be held and a rally will be taken from Jyothi circle to Kadri ground, where the convention will be held,” he added.

Sharan Pumpwell, Raghu Sateesh, Jagadeesh Shenava and others were present.
