Mangaluru: Festival of lights, Deepavali was celebrated by the students of various colleges in their respective college with fervour and happiness, on Friday.

Many students left the city to go their houses as the series of holidays are waiting ahead.

Karavali College, which is known for its grand celebration of Deepavali celebrated with joyful manner this year also. Students and the teaching staff together celebrated Deepavali.

Most of the students were seen in traditional outfit and especially girls were dressed in traditional way and light the lamp of Deepavali, the diyas.
