Mangaluru : The Hindu Jagarana Vedike, Yuva Brigade and BJP Yuva Morcha celebrated Vijayotsava for the Modi government’s move against black money by bursting crackers and distributing sweets at Pumpwell on November 28, Monday.
Speaking to media persons on the occasion, Vedike’s city unit Secretary Subhash Padil said, every citizen of the country to support Modi in this regard so that he can do great things for the country.The Vedike was happy over demonetization and deplored the parties which were opposing the move and were staging protests.We congratulate the PM on that and extend our solidarity with the decision.
The Hindu Jagrana Vedike members went out celebrating the note ban by distributing flowers, sweets etc in Mangaluru. While some served tea and coffee in bus stands, some others went to banks and post offices and distributed sweets, flowers etc to thank citizens for standing up in support of the brave decision of the PM.
Sanjeeva Matandoor, president of district BJP unit launched the Vijayotsava celebration near DC office by handing over a red rose to the branch manager of State Bank as a token of gratitude for cooperating with the government. The gathered also handed over roses to other bank officials and also to the security guard of the bank.
