Mangaluru: SpiceJet is all set to resume the daily flight service between Mangaluru and Hyderabad from December 24.

The service was terminated more than two years ago and the Airline has now decided to resume the service.

According to authorities at Mangaluru International Airport, SpiceJet flight SG 1071 will depart from Hyderabad at 1 pm and will arrive in Mangaluru at 2.30 pm. Flight SG 1072 will depart from Mangaluru at 2.50 pm and reach Hyderabad at 4.20 pm. Booking of tickets has already begun, it is said.

The flight will help passengers in connecting to destinations like Kolkata, Guwahati, Tirupati, Delhi and Visakhapatnam from Hyderabad.

SpiceJet had earlier introduced the Mangaluru-Hyderabad daily service in September 2011, but discontinued it during the summer of 2014.
