Udupi: “Molestation cases in Bengaluru show the utter failure of Siddaramaiah led Congress government in the state. The government has failed to maintain the law and order and crime rate,” alleged BJP Mahila Morcha State President Bharati Shetty.
Addressing the press personnel on Saturday at district BJP office, she said that after Congress came to power the cases of crime against women has increased. Feeling of insecurity has been increased in the state.
“BJP Mahila Morcha has submitted the report of girls hostels in the state to Minister Anjaneya. In survey it is found that most of the hostels are insecure and they are lacking of basic facilities. The government is neglecting the security of women. It has also neglected the Bhagyalakshmi bond which was providing financial security to girls,” she said.
She further urged the government to install CCTV cameras in the ladies hostels to provide proper security to them.
