Mangaluru : A 28 year old videographer of state TV channel has been arrested in charge of raping a minor girl in Thokkottu Kapikad under POCSO act on March 23, Thursday.

The accused Anoop jogi had physical relationship with the 9th standard girl since a year and she was 5 months pregnant it is said.

The accused who in the past worked in some local channels had joined work in a TV channel in Bengaluru four months ago.

The girl’s mother had lodged a complaint with the police resulting in the arrest of the accused.
