Mangaluru : A 9th standard student in a critical condition after suicide attempt, off a third floor building at Adu Maroli on Saturday October 7 evening.

The victim identified as Pratham Son of Padmanabha, an employee at the income-tax office, and Vishala, a telecommunications employee in Mangaluru.

It is said Pratham was poor in studies, he stated that was ‘not interested’ in anything, he also left several cryptic messages scribbled on a white sheet on the terrace of the building.

Pratham immidiatly admitted to a private hospital.

Kankanady rural police arrived at the spot and investing the incident. A mobile phone, pen found at spot.

A case has been registered.
