Mangaluru: An aged woman died after she was hit by a train at Thokkottu near Mangaluru on November 1. The dead body of unidentified deceased found near Thokkottu over bridge and her age is very likely to stand between 60 and 70.

It is believed that she might have hit by the train when she was crossing the railway track in the area. Body of the deceased has been taken into Wenlock hospital for further legal proceedings. A case stands registered on the incident at local police station.
